Our Story

Tarkanian Basketball Academy was founded in 2003 by Jerry “Tark the Shark” Tarkanian and Danny Tarkanian as a place where thousands of Nevada youth and local sports leagues could learn, play, and grow together.

For more than fifteen years, the academy has remained committed to providing a safe, supportive environment for young athletes to build skills and confidence on the court.
